Your first appointment is 90 minutes and includes a full review of your medical and dental history followed by a thorough comprehensive evaluation of your teeth and gums as well as an oral cancer screening. This takes about 30 minutes. From there, we will explain any issues and help you choose options for treatment. We typically proceed with cleaning at that time. A full 45-60 min is dedicated to scaling and polishing. It is important to note that your cleaning may require more than one visit if it has been more than two years since your last cleaning.

A referral to a surrounding dentist will be provided upon request.
